Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior .Net Developer Role to join one of our valued clients. The position will focus only on the back end, and we are looking for extensive experience as the most demanded trait in the candidate applying for this job.

You will be embedded within our client company’s base support team, for their development and Innovation. You will be helping with feature enhancements and foundational support for their existing portfolio of applications. The client is looking for someone to work CST hours.

Lastly, WME is looking for some exceptional communication & interpersonal skills in our new team member. The candidate’s toolbox must be complete and diverse. From being technically savvy to displaying a vigorous passion for learning beyond their traditional areas of expertise, the resource must prove to be an asset to the company.

NOTE: THE RESOURCE MUST BE OFFSHORE..

Required Skills/Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional work experience as an application developer or in a similar role.
  • .NET Core is a plus.
  • Understanding of Cloud Patterns is a plus.
  • Proficiency in developing API backend services using C#.NET and .NET 6.
  • Familiarity with Microservice Architecture.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Deep understanding of software design patterns.
  • Track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.
  • Strong experience utilizing Azure services like Azure Functions, Service Bus, CosmosDB, and Azure SQL.
  • Solid understanding of clean code principles, software testing, and debugging techniques.
  • Ability to create technical documentation and follow established development processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Postgres experience is helpful.

Responsibilities of the Desired .Net Developer:

  • Develop and maintain API backend services using C#.NET, .NET 6, and optionally .NET Core.
  • Design and implement applications following microservice architecture principles.
  • Gather requirements and design scalable software solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for backend services.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
  • Create technical documentation for reference and future maintenance.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies related to application development.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as required in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work with a seasoned team to deliver high-quality solutions, leveraging senior-level skills when possible.
