Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a motivated and experienced MS Dynamics CRM 365 hands-on / Senior Technical Architect Role to join one of our client companies. The person selected for this job will be an expert on CRM Technical Concepts and processes to design, configure and develop custom solutions in Dynamics 365 platform. To deserve this job, you need to have a deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 along with Data Migration Experience
You should have enough experience with Dynamics 365, including knowledge of its core modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge and expertise to develop scalable and sustainable architectures and work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation. Moreover, you should have experience with data integration and customization using C#, JavaScript, or other related technologies.
More importantly, the perfect candidate will have excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or the board of directors. The candidate should have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.
Also, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work effectively in dynamic conditions and within deadlines. That said, the preferred candidate should expect to work 40 hours per week and should be flexible enough to work part-time hours as well.
Must-have Experience:
- Master’s degree
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in CRM along with CRM Data Migration experience/knowledge
Required Skills/Qualifications/Education:
- Expert-level knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customization, integration, and deployment.
- Experience leading architecture design and implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions for enterprise-level clients.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, including data model, security model, and workflows.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Ability to design and implement complex integrations with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, HRIS, and Marketing Automation.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 APIs, plug-ins, and other customization options.
- Proficiency in Dynamics administration, including user management, security roles, and system settings.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 deployment options, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 licensing and pricing models.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of reporting and business intelligence tools, such as Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Experience with Dynamics 365 upgrades and migrations.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experience working in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Expertise:
- Data Migration experience with the Kingswaysoft tool
Responsibilities of the Desired Dynamics CRM 365 Technical Architect:
- Drive Dynamics CRM Technical Solutioning through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, Migrate to the target system.
- Serve as clients’ main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and implementation delivery that meets clients’ needs and requirements.
- Should be able to coordinate and guide team(s) and get the work done.
- Design and lead the Data Migration process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for, and implement (if any) custom code or data migration requirements using SSIS.
- Present tailored demonstrations of the Architecting and designing solution.
- Should be able to do the coding as needed.
- Responsible for high-quality, bug-free development as per the coding standards in close collaboration and interaction with other members of the development/QA teams.
- Participate in daily project scrum meetings and provide a daily personal status report.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to design and implement the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solution ensuring reliable and high quality.
- Serve as Dynamics CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), with technical expertise including system architecture, solution design, and system configuration.
- Mentor the junior developers and help build the knowledge base.
- Ensures timely resolution of problems.
