Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a motivated & experienced System Engineer Role to join one of our valued clients for a migration implementation project. As the lead system engineer, you’ll use your extensive technical expertise to design system architecture solutions for our client.
The System Engineer at WME will be responsible for handling and improving the architecture and delivery of the core system architecture solutions at the enterprise level. They are expected to deliver excellent system engineering using their hands-on experience with scaling technologies and solutions.
The person in this role will serve as the system engineering/architect subject matter expert. The primary objective of this position is to supply a stable, reliable, and secure environment, which perfectly aligns with and enhances the initiatives of WME.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands.
- Broad-based knowledge of IT solution lifecycles and environments Software development lifecycle
- Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations
- Analytical mindset.

- Expertise in all five pillars of System Architecture Design- Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, and Cost Optimization.
- Expert in Architecture, design, provisioning, implementation, and delivery of scalable system solutions.
- Must be willing to participate in technical design workshops for enterprise customers.
- Skilled in system-level architecture like Linux or Windows.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
- Must know cloud system engineering principles and considerations.
- Must have strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure solutions including enterprise directories.
- Extended expertise in cloud-based DevOps practices in Terraform is preferred.
- Must be capable of communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical c-level executives, management, and other team members.
Responsibilities of the System Engineer:
- Hands-on delivery of enterprise system/cloud solutions.
- Review and manage technical requirements and business functional requirements to establish new systems.
- Assist in designing systems to meet our clients’ technical, security, and business needs.
- Execute implementation plans to deploy system infrastructure.
- Assist in internal Service Delivery Framework and IP development Qualifications.
- Attend and assist in technical design workshops for enterprise customers.
- Design and deploy the virtual machine environment, storage environment, network architecture, and VPC environments.
- Design and deploy Cloud applications.
- Guide the engineering team in the deployment of solutions and applications.
- Develop roadmaps for current and future system deployments.
- Ensure security is integrated into all system solutions.
- Improve the system effectiveness to speed up delivery and augment product flexibility.
- Monitor, improve, and fix system infrastructure on a day-to-day basis.
- Run effective processes to troubleshoot diverse operational issues related to the system infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other organizational teams and key stakeholders to understand and contribute to user requirements and then implement customized solutions.
