Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a motivated and experienced Softerra Adaxes Engineer Role to join one of our valued clients. In this role, you will be at the forefront of process automation, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Softerra Adaxes with HR systems and streamline user provisioning and de-provisioning. You will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in Visual Basic, C-Sharp, or PowerShell to develop custom scripts and enhance the functionality of Softerra Adaxes.

Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing workflows that optimize our business processes, improve efficiency, and ensure a seamless user experience. As a Softerra Adaxes Engineer, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, group policies, and access permissions in Adaxes. Your attention to detail and understanding of IT security best practices will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

That said, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design role-based access control (RBAC) models and implement access management solutions that align with our business needs. Moreover, you will play a key role in conducting audits, providing technical support, and maintaining documentation for Adaxes configurations and processes.

Lastly, WME is looking for some exceptional communication & interpersonal skills in the new team member. The candidate’s toolbox must be complete and diverse. Required SkillsQualifications/Education:

  • In-depth knowledge of Softerra Adaxes and its functionalities
  • 5+ years of experience with Softerra’s Adaxes in a large information technology infrastructure environment.
  • Expert-level grip on Active Directory architecture and management.
  • Expertise with Process Automation
  • Strong grip on HR System integrations.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell/VBScript/ C-Sharp
  • Experience in implementing and configuring Adaxes custom workflows.
  • Familiarity with LDAP and SQL databases
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Adaxes-related issues.
  • Knowledge of identity management and access control principles
  • Strong understanding of IT security best practices and compliance requirements
  • Experience in designing and implementing role-based access control (RBAC) models.
  • Proficient in integrating Adaxes with other systems and applications.
  • Ability to develop and maintain documentation for Adaxes configurations and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, and SSO
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proven experience in managing user accounts, group policies, and permissions in Adaxes
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest Adaxes features and enhancements.

Responsibilities of the Desired Softerra Adaxes Engineer:

  • Analyzes customer needs, documents requirements, and designs technical solutions for required migrations.
  • Designs and implements Office 365 and related technologies including Exchange Online, Exchange Server, SharePoint, and MS Active Directory.
  • Provides Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and Active D
  • Design, develop, and implement process automation solutions using Softerra Adaxes.
  • Integrate Softerra Adaxes with HR systems to streamline user provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Develop custom scripts using Visual Basic, C-Sharp, or PowerShell to enhance Adaxes functionality.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, group policies, and access permissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Adaxes workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion configuration, automation, and HR system integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations while managing user access and permissions.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of configurations and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders regarding Adaxes functionalities and usage.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of role-based access control (RBAC) models.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Adaxes configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and related technologies to suggest improvements and implement new features.
  • Collaborate with vendors and support teams to resolve any technical issues related to Adaxes.
  • Assist in planning and executing system upgrades and migrations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to promote effective utilization of Adaxes features and functionalities.

  • Serves as the technical lead and subject matter expert on SharePoint migrations.
  • Assists in training end-users during all upgrade phases.
  • Leads technical meetings and discussions.
  • Preempts to handle difficult personnel situations and find innovative solutions.
  • Timely resolution of problems. Work schedules may have to be adjusted for non-primetime maintenance windows.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and documents stakeholder needs and defines a solution scope that can feasibly be implemented by the technical teams.
  • Works with stakeholders to identify requirements and ensures that they are rightly understood, rather than solely relying on the customers’ stated needs.
  • Effectively communicates between business units, support teams, and technology teams.
