Windows Management Experts (WME) is seeking a motivated and experienced Power BI Developer Role to join one of our client companies. As a BI developer, you will focus on converting raw data into meaningful information by creating interactive dashboards and reports.

Your role will be to design, develop, and implement Power BI solutions that empower stakeholders to gain insights and make informed choices. Lastly, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work effectively in dynamic conditions and within deadlines. That said, the preferred candidate should expect to work 40 hours per week and be flexible enough to work part-time as well.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Education:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology as its major coursework.
- 5+ years of experience with Power BI.

Responsibilities of the Desired Power BI Developer:
- Design and develop BI reports and dashboards, ensuring they provide actionable insights and meet business requirements.
- Manage data sets, ensuring they are clean, accurate, and ready for analysis. This includes performing ETL processes.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and data scientists, to understand and deliver on their data needs.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in dashboards and reports through validation and quality checks.
- Train end-users on utilizing the dashboards and reports effectively, including interpreting data for data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure, ensuring it’s up-to-date and operating smoothly.
- Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in the data analysis and visualization field.
- To ensure data security, implement appropriate data security measures, including access controls and data protection.
