Responsibilities of the Oracle Functional Analyst
Windows Management Experts (WME) is seeking candidates for a full-time Oracle Functional Analyst in Reston, VA.
WME will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to maintain high-quality customer experience. The individual must have technical expertise, passion for learning beyond their JDs and a thorough understanding of business processes.
The Oracle Functional Analyst will:
- Have knowledge and experience in Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order Management Modules. Oracle AR Functional analyst may need to work with the O2C lead to analyze requirements with clients Component Agencies, configure Oracle modules, and design Oracle RICEW.
- Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents.
- Drive all meetings with the customer and manage the analysis through design phases related to Oracle modules.
- Have knowledge of Federal Financial Accounting.
- Have very good knowledge of Oracle B2R and Project Accounting Setups and functionality.
- Have very good knowledge of Oracle O2C Setups and functionality.
- Analyze requirements with Client Component Agencies.
- Responsible for Fit / Gap analysis.
- Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents to produce detailed documentation describing, the design and any subsequent functional specifications that document the interface requirements from and to third party systems.
- Drive all meetings with the customer.
- Design Oracle RICEW.
- Independently conduct Oracle demonstrations.
- Configure Oracle Projects modules.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge and experience in AR and PA modules and have sound knowledge of Federal Financial Accounting.
- Demonstrate multiple projects experience with configuring AR and PA Setups and functionality.
- Strong in Oracle Federal Financials GL, AR, AP, PO, Fed Admin and Project Module of Oracle EBS Release 12
- Have ability to multitask and work across many cross functional and matrix teams
Required Skills:
- At least 6 years of experience in complete life cycle of a complex Oracle Application project
- Experience with Sunflower
- Knowledge on Client TRIO (CWMD, TSA and USCG) Project is a Preferred
- Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science or a related field
- Must be U.S. Citizen
- Active DOD or DHS Clearance
