Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a motivated and experienced MS Teams Training & Adoption Services Role to join one of our client companies. To be successful in this role, you will ensure that the users are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to make the most of this technology, Microsoft Teams.

Candidates applying for this job must possess a range of qualifications and skills, including strong experience in training and adoption services, expertise in Microsoft Teams and its functionalities, and the ability to develop training plans and materials that are tailored to different audiences and learning styles.

Moreover, the candidate must possess strong communication skills, as they will be responsible for effectively communicating technical information to relatively non-technical users. They must also be able to deliver training sessions to users at various levels of proficiency, from beginner to advanced, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting as needed. This requires a deep understanding of adult learning theories and principles, as well as the ability to analyze user feedback and adjust training materials accordingly.

The candidate must also be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as well as maintain accurate records and documentation related to training and adoption efforts. Project management skills are essential, as this role involves developing and implementing training plans, delivering training sessions, and providing regular progress reports to project managers and other stakeholders.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as computer science, education, or technology.
  • Strong experience in training and adoption services, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Teams and its functionalities
  • Ability to develop training plans and materials that are tailored to different audiences and learning styles.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Experience with remote training delivery and virtual classroom technologies.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles.
  • Ability to analyze user feedback and adjust training materials as needed.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Teams.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Teams and related technologies.

Responsibilities of the Desired Teams Training & Adoption Services Role:

  • Develop and implement training plans for Teams adoption, including both in-person and virtual training options.
  • Create and update training materials, such as user guides, quick reference cards, and videos.
  • Deliver training sessions to users at various levels of proficiency, from beginner to advanced.
  • Monitor and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust training materials and delivery methods accordingly.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to MS Teams, both during and after training sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and adoption strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT teams and executive sponsors.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Teams and related technologies.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of change management initiatives.
  • Provide regular progress reports to project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain training schedules and logistical plans.
  • Support onboarding of new users and provide ongoing training and support as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience with MS Teams and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training and adoption efforts.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among Teams users.
  • Ensure timely resolution of problems.
