Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Technical Architect role in D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management for Small-to-Medium Enterprise (SME). This will be a nine monthlong remote responsibility for Implementing and globally deploying D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, and Customer Engagement (CE) solutions with an SI.
The person we are looking for will be joining our team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, all of whom will be pursuing one common mission, that of turning insights into opportunities for our clients.
The resource should have vast experience with planning, designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft enterprise solutions. That said, The D365 expert will lead the delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 FI & SCM solutions while effectively interfacing and communicating with engagement and our client teams as well as ensuring that our deployments meet our clients’ needs. The candidates applying for this job can have either of the following two sets of capabilities:
- D365 Finance and SCM SME, OR
- D365 Finance SME and D365 SCM SME
Also, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work effectively in dynamic conditions and within deadlines. That said, the preferred candidate should expect to work 40 hours per week and should be flexible enough to work part-time hours as well.
That said, WME is looking for some exceptional interpersonal skills in our new team member. The candidate’s toolbox must be complete and diverse. That said, the job will require familiarity with business trends, and strong analytical skills, a sharp sense of logic, splendid problem-solving skills, and an orientation to detail.
Must-Have Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect leading and delivering end-to-end solutions using Microsoft D365 FI & SCM platform.
- Experience with D365 Commerce is a plus.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Education:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Systems as its major coursework.
- Subject matter expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (SCM) for SMEs.
- A solid background in D365 Finance and SCM architecture, configuration, and business processes.
- An exceptional understanding of D365 technical solutions across the platform whilst leading the adoption of new features.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex subject matter topics and remedies.
- Ability to explain the projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills.
- In-depth experience with Azure functionalities, MS Power Platform, Integration patterns, Object Oriented Design, and DevOps.
- Strong technical architecture experience and knowledge of best practices especially around integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft, 3rd party or legacy systems.
- Meets technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors.

Responsibilities of the Desired Expert:
- Serves as the technical lead and subject matter expert in D365 FI & Supply Chain Management (SCM) for SMEs.
- Provides recommendations and best practices ideas to our organization.
- Ensures the SI’s solution is correct and on the right track.
- For the D365 for SME capabilities, the resource will be interacting with the business side and the technical/functional consultants.
- Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to translate the critical business requirements
- Understands and presents a technical vision and solutions in the form of modules, customizations, and integrations.
- Assesses the system architecture currently in place and works with technical staff to define future state.
- Designs and leads the delivery of an integrated system that meets the client’s vision.
- Ensures end-to-end solution cohesion and correctness.
- Provides leadership and guidance to the team throughout the implementation, deployment, and support to ensure accurate delivery of project plans.
- Builds demo and proof-of-concept solutions for various client presentations as well as presents them to clients.
- Ensures timely resolution of problems.
