Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for an experienced CISCO Umbrella Expert with at least 3 years’ experience working with Cisco Umbrella. A good fit for this role should be comfortable designing concepts, implementing, and deploying in the IT Landscape. The role will also focus on tuning the configuration and enabling detailed reporting.
WME will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to maintain high-quality customer experience. The individual must have technical expertise, passion for learning beyond their JDs and a thorough understanding of business processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience with Cisco Umbrella
- 2+ years of experience with SWG
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Must have both hands-on skills and past success implementing enterprise class solutions
Required Knowledge:
- Demonstrable knowledge of design and deployment of the CISCO Umbrella solution
- Solid understanding of network security concepts, technology, and protocols
- Proficient in networking area
- Experienced with secure web gateway solutions such as Zscaler, iboss, Forcepoint, etc
- Knowledge of at least one of the following:
- Basic Networking
- Incident Response
- Systems Management
- Utility Scripting (Powershelll, VBScript, Python)
Job Duties:
- Help manage the delivery of the Cisco Umbrella project
- Handle technical issues/risk and escalations
- Provide clear documentation, SOP’s and processes for any concepts designed as part of the project and ensure their adequate implementation within the SOC.
- Be able to design and create automatic security reports
