Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for an Adaptiva Onesite Expert to configure Adaptiva software solution for a variety of clients.
WME will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to maintain high-quality customer experience with Adaptiva Onesite and have technical expertise, passion for learning beyond their JDs and a thorough understanding of business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improving SCCM delivery of software, updates, and Windows (OSD) between SCCM site and other locations, even ones without distribution points.
- Ensuring that the content delivery is fast and, more important, it does not impact other traffic on the WAN.
- Ensuring that the peer-to-peer storage of content doesn’t affect free space on clients
- Configuring IP Helpers or DHCP Options in some VLAN to use OSD.
- Deployment and service objectives, while sustaining good relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Use your skills and knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience with Adaptive Onesite
- Extended Knowledge of Zero Footprint Caching, for organizing data into Virtual SAN
- Deep understanding of proprietary UDP-based network protocol that makes it possible to deliver 20GB+ OS image files over the WAN without impacting other network traffic.
- Handful experience of creating and managing virtual state migration point (VSMP)
