Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a motivated and experienced Saviynt Identity and Access Management (IAM) Expert Role to join one of our valued clients. The candidate will work as a team lead/member and will manage access entitlements between diverse systems. This will be a 22-week long job that requires the selected resource to work at least 20 hours/week.
The candidate we are looking for will perform a client-facing consulting role and will work to transform solutions with a focus on Microsoft Digital Identity capabilities as well as other leading identity management tools like Saviynt & Beyond Trust.
That said, the candidate will be responsible to manage all aspects of identity and access management as well as maintain business roles and all associated data and rules including access bundling rules, and processes. Furthermore, the candidate should have the ability to identify and resolve gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
In fact, WME is looking for some exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in our new team member. The candidate’s toolbox must be complete and diverse. From being technically savvy to displaying a vigorous passion for learning beyond their traditional areas of expertise, the resource must prove to be an asset to the company.
Must-Have Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in an information security role
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- 5+ years of Microsoft identity security solutions Azure AD, Active Directory, and Defender for Identity (previously Azure ATP/ATA)
- Hands-on Experience with Saviynt
Required Skills/Qualifications/Education:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology as its major coursework.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standard IAM protocols (Kerberos, OAuth, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, SAML)
- Demonstrated expertise with Identity and Authentication solutions
- Experience with Identity Governance and Identity and Access Management solutions
- Knowledge of LDAP\Active Directory services, MFA, Risk-based authentication
- Knowledge of federated identity management, single sign-on capabilities & identity lifecycle management
- Experience with privileged access management solutions
- Ability to utilize various programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell & Python
- Understanding of API design concepts, RESTful Services, and modern application interaction patterns
- Understanding of deployment and integration of IAM solutions within the cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices

Responsibilities of the Desired Saviynt Expert:
- Provides subject matter expertise in Saviynt Management and, when needed, works in the lead role.
- Conducts discovery, interviews stakeholders, and reviews relevant documentation.
- Documents observations and gaps, and develops recommendations for customers.
- Provides advanced Tier 3 support for enterprise Identity Security Services.
- Troubleshooting & Configuration
- Creates, deletes and moves entries.
- Implements best Saviynt practices
- Conducts planning and develops designs for new identity security capabilities.
- Tests and implements new identity security capabilities within production environments.
- Develops deliverables such as design documents, reference architectures, test plans, configuration documents, and implementation plans.
- Helps us integrate business applications with the Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform.
- Develops automation for access, account provisioning, account deprovisioning, authentication, and access certification functionality.
- Manages users, groups, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) in AD.
- Develops monitoring reports on the health, effectiveness, and efficiency of the IAM services
- Documents and maintains effective internal control processes and procedures.
- Provides people leadership for multiple, diverse, and cross-functional teams and individuals.
- Understands and presents a technical vision and solutions in the form of modules, customizations, and integrations.
