Responsibilities of the Oracle Technical Analyst
Windows Management Experts (WME) is seeking candidates for a full-time Oracle Technical Analyst position in Reston, VA. Oracle Technical Analyst will be responsible for the design and development of RICE-W in the oracle modules AP, AR, PO, GL, FV, INV, FA, PA, iProcurement, iAssets, CLM and Advanced Collections.
WME will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to maintain high-quality customer experience. The individual must have technical expertise, passion for learning beyond their JDs and a thorough understanding of business processes.
The Oracle Technical Analyst will:
- Support all technical activities and follow the processes outlined to follow CMMI Level3. Review Change Requests and aid in gathering requirements.
- Provide technical support during the release testing phases.
- Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code.
- Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents.
- Drive all meetings with the customer and manage the analysis through design and development phases related to Oracle modules.
- As required, provide updates to the deliverables identified for the development team.
- Produce all work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule
- Have experience in Oracle Financials R12/R11 and Oracle databases.
- Monitor and support of Production data interfaces.
- Ability to provide technical support of AP, AR, GL, PO, FV, INV, FA, PA, iProcurement, iAssets, CLM and Advanced Collections.
- Have experience with EDI Interfaces, using X12 standards.
- Have strong in PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, BI Publisher, Alerts and Workflow development (customizations and extensions).
- Have strong technical knowledge of OA Framework development.
- Have experience with shell/Perl scripting.
- Knowledge of Control M.
- Perform technical analysis of patches and open SRs with the product owner as required.
- Perform impact analysis of the product updates released periodically by the vendor.
- Have strong knowledge of developing interfaces and conversion routines.
- Deliver solutions that meet the identified SLAs.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge on Client TRIO (CWMD, TSA and USCG) Project is a Preferred
- Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science or a related field
- Must be U.S. Citizen
- Active DOD or DHS Clearance
