Your responsibilities include configuring and maintaining entitlement group management systems, leveraging advanced security tools like Defender for Identity and Azure Identity Protection, and actively contributing to our knowledge-sharing culture.

From being technically savvy to displaying a vigorous passion for learning beyond their traditional areas of expertise, the resource must prove to be an asset to the company.

Note: We require you to work 20 hours/week.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Education:

  • Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
  • Familiarity with identity standards and protocols i.e. OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.

  • Proficiency in documenting identity solutions, architectural designs, and operational procedures.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities of the Desired Microsoft Identity Engineer:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement identity solutions that meet our client’s business needs.
  • Configure and maintain entitlement group management systems. Ultimately, ensure access control is compliant.

  • Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Provide expert guidance to resolve complex IAM issues.
  • Document identity solutions and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support for critical incidents.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Lead training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Assist in the evaluation and integration of new identity-related tools and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
