Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead Engineer Role to join one of our client companies. The person selected for this job will be an expert on Dynamics CRM Technical Concepts and processes to design, configure and develop custom solutions in the Dynamics CRM platform. To deserve this job, you need to have deep knowledge and 3-5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM consulting along with hands-on API integration experience with third parties.

You should also have vast experience with Vertafore products such as AMS 360 and ImageRight (preferable). You should also have experience working as a senior-level Dynamics CRM technical lead who contributed to the overall design and worked on user stories to support development work.

You should have a strong grip on the core D-CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge and expertise to develop scalable and sustainable architectures and work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation. Moreover, you should have experience with data integration and customization using C#, JavaScript, or other related technologies.

Also, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work effectively in dynamic conditions and within deadlines. That said, the preferred candidate should expect to work 40 hours per week and should be flexible enough to work part-time hours as well.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Education:

  • In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including experience with the latest versions and modules.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, architecture, and best practices.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core and Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration, are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM integration with other systems, such as SharePoint, Outlook, and ERP systems.
  • Experience with CRM data migration and data integration projects.
  • Ability to design and develop complex CRM workflows, business rules, and plugins using .NET/C#.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and web development technologies for CRM front-end customization.
  • Familiarity with CRM deployment models, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues and optimize CRM performance.
  • Knowledge of CRM security models and permissions management.
  • Experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions for sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Proficient in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Understanding of CRM system administration tasks, including user management, role-based access control, and solution deployment.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of CRM developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities of the Desired Dynamics CRM Lead Engineer:

  • Work as the subject matter expert and technical lead on the design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional CRM designs and configurations.
  • Design and develop complex CRM workflows, business rules, and plugins using .NET/C# to automate business processes.
  • Customize and configure CRM entities, forms, views, and dashboards to meet specific business needs.
  • Integrate D-CRM with other systems, such as SharePoint, Outlook, and ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Manage CRM data migration and data integration projects, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Optimize CRM performance by analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of CRM developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
  • Conduct CRM system administration tasks, including user management, role-based access control, and solution deployment.
  • Develop and maintain CRM documentation, including system design, configuration, and customization specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement CRM enhancements and new features.
  • Conduct regular testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the stability and reliability of CRM solutions.
  • Train end-users on CRM functionalities, features, and best practices to maximize user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants as needed for CRM-related projects and integrations.
  • Ensure timely resolution of problems.
