Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a Mid-Level IT Project Manager Role (Contract-to-Hire) for one of our valued partners. Join us and help lead technology initiatives that support business goals and drive measurable results. This role is ideal for a Project Manager with solid IT project experience who can coordinate teams, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work effectively in dynamic conditions and within deadlines. That said, the preferred candidate should expect to work 40 hours per week and should be flexible enough to work part-time hours as well.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute IT-focused projects from start to finish
- Create and manage schedules, scope, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track
- Provide regular status updates and clear communication to clients and leadership
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining structure
You Have:
- Experience managing technology or IT-driven projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IT environments and project delivery methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar
- Ability to manage risk, solve problems, and build strong client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or related field (preferred)
- PMP certification is a plus
