Responsibilities of the Desired Media Manager and Outreach Specialist:
- Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, etc).
- LinkedIn Management: Optimize company LinkedIn profiles, including regular updates, engagement with connections, and leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.
- WeConnect Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns on WeConnect to enhance brand awareness, attract talent, and engage with the community.
- Video Editing: Produce and edit engaging video content tailored for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Outreach Campaigns: Conduct outreach activities to build relationships with influencers, potential partners, and stakeholders in our industry.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to track performance and effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing. Implement new strategies and tools as needed.
