Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a Mid-Level or better Imaging Engineer, for a full-time job as soon as possible.
WME will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to maintain high-quality customer experience. The individual must have technical expertise, passion for learning beyond their JDs and a thorough understanding of business processes.
Experience and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in end-user device technologies, application integration and associated services, operating systems, and related utilities.
- Strong background with Intune
- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit experience will be preferred
- Deploy, maintain, and update a secure standard image for all environments/domains. This includes the master images and new images under development for deployment.
- 2+ years of experience in image creation, updating, and deployment with MDT
- Detailed knowledge of end-user computing environments including Windows 7, Windows 8, Mac OSX, and their supporting infrastructure components
- Minimum of two years of experience packaging and configuring applications for automated deployments
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Windows and non-Windows operating systems, domain architecture, server-side services, and interaction with the desktop environment.
- Must take the initiative to work efficiently without constant supervision and direction.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and analytical abilities.
- Strong technical and customer service skills a MUST.
