Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a Dedicated Automation/Tool/AI Engineer role to join our team. At WME, we’re transforming the way we operate by integrating cutting-edge automation, AI, and innovative tools into our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Our goal is to improve operational efficiency, enhance client service experiences, and drive faster adoption of automation both internally and across our consulting and service offerings.
We are looking for a hands-on Automation/Tool/AI Engineer who is ready to roll up their sleeves and make a direct impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves tackling practical challenges.
You will work directly on integrating automation tools, AI technologies, and process improvements across all WME’s SOPs. This is a “get-your-hands-dirty” role with a focus on delivering results, not just strategizing.You’ll consolidate existing scattered efforts into a cohesive automation strategy and work to develop both internal solutions and client-facing products. This is about creating real solutions, producing deliverables, and driving outcomes without a lot of direction or micromanagement.
NOTE: You should have a minimum of several years of full-time offshore experience. This is a full-time, monthly salary position. That said, experience with Microsoft tools, including Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Automate, is required, along with proficiency in scripting and development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of hands-on experience in automation, AI implementation, or software engineering. A background in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and process automation tools like Power Automate is highly preferred.
- Automation Expertise: Proven ability to design, implement, and manage automation solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Process Optimization: Strong understanding of process mapping and SOP development, with a focus on optimization.
- Practical Problem Solving: Excellent at troubleshooting and resolving complex automation and technical challenges.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects with minimal direction.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders, explain technical concepts in plain language, and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the tools and technologies relevant to automation, AI, and workflow management. Power Automate expertise is a must.
Responsibilities:
- SOP Analysis: Review and analyze current SOPs to identify areas where automation, AI, and process improvements can be implemented effectively.
- Automation Strategy Execution: Take charge of implementing automation tools and AI technologies across SOPs at WME, ensuring they align with organizational goals and optimize operations.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of automation initiatives. Manage projects from concept through to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments to gather feedback and ensure automation solutions meet stakeholder needs.
- Training and Support: Provide hands-on training and support to team members, ensuring the adoption and effective use of new tools and processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives and make adjustments to improve results continuously.
- Research & Development: Stay current with emerging technologies in automation and AI to ensure that WME remains at the cutting edge of innovation.
