Position: Full-Time Location: Remote Start Date: ASAP Nationality: Any Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a motivated and experienced Compliance Manager Role to join one of our client companies. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence of our client companies to industry-leading compliance frameworks. Your primary focus will be on FTC Safeguards, CMMC, and other relevant compliance standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive compliance programs tailored to the specific needs of each client. Your expertise will be vital in conducting thorough assessments of existing systems, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and devising strategies to address them effectively. We’re seeking a candidate with a proven track record in navigating the intricacies of compliance, particularly in relation to data protection and security.
Moreover, you will be responsible for staying up to date on the latest compliance technologies, standards, and best practices and recommending innovative solutions that improve security posture and enable business agility.That said, you’ll work on cross-functional teams that include developers, security & and compliance engineers, and cloud administrators. A prior experience in administering and developing cloud solutions, with strong skills in GitHub is strongly preferred. Also, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work independently without strict supervision and within deadlines. That said, the preferred candidate should expect to work 40 hours per week and should be flexible enough to work part-time hours as well.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Education:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology as its major coursework.
- Strong grasp of FTC Safeguards and CMMC compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in developing tailored compliance programs.
- Proven ability to assess system vulnerabilities and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborative nature, skilled in working with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth understanding of data protection and security principles.
- Track record of staying current with evolving compliance trends.
- Effective communication skills for conveying complex compliance changes.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure adherence to intricate requirements.
- Prior success in interpreting and implementing compliance standards.
- Proficient in analyzing diverse business contexts for compliance needs.
- Motivated to drive the integration of compliance measures seamlessly.
- History of adapting strategies to match dynamic business environments.
- Relevant certifications such as CIPP, CISM, or similar are a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset for addressing compliance challenges effectively.

Responsibilities of the Desired Compliance Manager:
