Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting/Finance Staff to manage our general accounting and financial processes. You will be responsible for all daily accounting transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting administrative duties, ensuring that our company’s finances run smoothly.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work effectively in dynamic conditions and within deadlines. That said, the preferred candidate should expect to work 40 hours per week and should be flexible enough to work part-time hours as well.

Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting with local and international clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, CPA preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (knowledge of QBO is a plus)
- Strong math skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Willingness to travel if necessary
- Experience with Avionte software is a plus, but not required
- Self-starter, quick to adopt & to learn with little guidance
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Process Payroll Bi-weekly
- Analyze budgets and create expense reports
- Handle tax payments and returns
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger
- Reconcile bank statements and conduct month-end/year-end closures
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
- Advise clients on financial issues via email or phone
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Guide financial decisions by establishing and enforcing financial policies
- Oversee the accounting department, including budget preparation
- Cultivate banking and insurance relationships
- Motivate and lead a high-performance finance team
- Handling all State Tax Compliance Issues
