LOCATION & TIME SCHEDULE
Onsite in Hurst, TX and open to working the agency’s 9/80 Compressed Work Week, where employees are expected to be in the office for 9 hours M-Th every week, and 8 hours on A Fridays. The employee would be off on B Fridays. This still supplies 80 hours minimum in a 2-week period. Candidates must also be willing to work after hours as needed for system maintenance or incident response. They would potentially participate in on-call rotation for incident escalation.
JOB SUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Access and Identity Management team of our partner agency as a principal contributor to the enterprise. In this role, you will have the ability to design, implement and support systems that provide the backbone to the agency’s environment. The selected candidate will have strong analytical skills, be self-starting, and a have desire to learn new technology at a rapid pace.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the application development life cycle of our Identity applications and infrastructure.
- Leverage strong collaboration and communication skills to deliver new features and services.
- Research and evaluate new solutions, products, and technologies that enhance and improve services.
- Provide 3rd level support for Active Directory and provisioning systems.
- Interact with 3rd party suppliers to ensure proper performance of systems.
- Maintain operational support documentation.
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- Two or more years of IT related experience
- Experience with several of the following categories:
- Programming Languages: C#, Powershell, Java, Python
- Directory Services (Active Directory, AD-LDS, Azure AD, etc.)
- SQL database design
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
- Identity Management systems (e.g. Microsoft Identity Manager, Azure AD Connect, Enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Multi-Factor Authentication, etc.)
- Security, compliance, and audit processes
- Application Federation (e.g. Ping Federate, ADFS, SAML, WS-FED, OAUTH, etc.)
- This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
