Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Specialist role for one of our valued clients. MIM is all about streamlining and securing how organizations manage their user identities across platforms. It’s the backbone that ensures only the right people have access to the right resources.
We’re looking for someone who knows their way around MIM. They should have hands-on experience setting it up and troubleshooting when things don’t go as planned. You’ll be the go-to person making sure everything syncs up properly. If you’re comfortable working with identity workflows, this could be your spot.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work effectively in dynamic conditions and within deadlines. That said, the preferred candidate should expect to work 40 hours per week and should be flexible enough to work part-time hours as well.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, etc.
- Familiar with ITIL processes.
- Understanding of access control, security policies, etc.
- Experience automating tasks with MIM.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving.
- Compliance knowledge (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- PowerShell or similar scripting.
- Privileged access management knowledge.
- Team player with cross-department collaboration.
- Project management experience.
Responsibilities of the Microsoft Identity Manager Specialist Role:
- Manage, sync user identities across systems.
- Implement role-based access control.
- Administer self-service tools for our users.
- Resolve MIM incidents; escalate when needed.
- Monitor workflows; generate compliance reports.
- Manage privileged account access.
- Enforce identity security policies.
- Automate provisioning & de-provisioning tasks.
- Integrate MIM with enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot identity-related issues.
- Document MIM processes and train staff.
- Optimize MIM system performance.
