Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a skilled Help Desk Manager Role. You will lead our IT support team while making sure our tech issues get fixed quickly, keeping everything running as expected. Basically, your job is to build a strong team and deliver top-notch support.
You should have solid experience in IT service management and know how to handle high-pressure situations. Strong leadership is a must though.
You’ll be mentoring important stuff and guiding our team to successful implementations. If you love solving problems and improving systems, the role is for you for sure.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work effectively in dynamic conditions and within deadlines. That said, the preferred candidate should expect to work 40 hours per week and should be flexible enough to work part-time hours as well.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 5+ years of IT support experience.
- 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of help desk software and ticketing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities.
- Strong written/verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask in a pressured environment.
- Experience with remote support work.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
Responsibilities of the Help Desk Manager Role:
- Oversee daily operations of the help desk.
- Manage/mentor the help desk.
- Develop/enforce help desk policies.
- Monitor/enhance KPIs.
- Collaborate with IT/business units.
- Maintain documentation of technical issues.
- Implement/manage ticketing systems.
- Ensure compliance with security policies.
- Provide regular reports on help desk performance.
- Handle escalations and complex technical issues.
